Rev. Paul J. Bucknell and his family served as missionaries in Taiwan under OMF International during the 1980s. Paul co-labored with fellow Chinese brothers and sisters in church planting ministries.

During the 1990s Paul pastored at the Pittsburgh Chinese Church in Pennsylvania, United States.

Later he founded Biblical Foundations for Freedom (BFF).

How do we train our people? Bucknell proposed a flow model of training. It is based on 1 John 2 and Eph 4. Here is the link to the flow model.

I found to be useful to frame how to train young students to grow in Jesus. Let me hear what you think.
